Midsummer encourages all visitors of the Website to review this Privacy Policy regularly and carefully to clearly understand how we will manage or treat the information provided to Midsummer while visiting the Website.  This Privacy Policy clearly explains your choices regarding the use of any information collected and may be amended or updated from time to time.

Midsummer will retain your information for as long as your Website account remains active, as long as your information is required to provide you products or services, or as long as such information is required to comply with or fulfill our legal obligations.  If you wish to remove or delete your account please email us at danielle@midsummerfine.com and we will respond to your request within 15 days.

By visiting the Website, you will be deemed to have been made aware of any material changes to the Privacy Policy.  By visiting our Website, you will be deemed to have knowledge of the provisions set forth in our Privacy Policy.
